Brad is a graduate of UW-Platteville with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering. He has been a registered professional engineer in Wisconsin since 2001. With extensive experience as both a private consultant and municipal engineer, Brad specializes in conceptual planning, site and development planning, utility and infrastructure design, hydrology, erosion control studies, and municipal coordination. His project portfolio covers a wide range of sectors including education, retail, municipal infrastructure, sports venues, hotels, housing, and large resorts and waterparks.
Currently serving as President/Principal at GEC, Brad enjoys attending his child’s sporting events, spending time up north at his cabin, and hoping the Brewers have a great season! He resides in Baraboo with his family.

Kory Anderson boasts over 27 years at General Engineering Company, coupled with his status as a registered professional engineer in Wisconsin since 2001. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota, Kory has extensive experience in municipal consulting, encompassing zoning administration, design, and construction.
His portfolio spans a diverse array of projects, including street and utility rehabilitation, facilities planning, and securing state and federal grants. Additionally, his proficiency extends to sanitary sewer design, lift station design, storm sewer design, site grading, hydrology studies, street improvement design, and water main design.
Within GEC, Kory serves as Vice-President/Principal, overseeing multiple service divisions. He is active with his church, is on the church council, and works with various service organizations around Portage. Alongside his family, Kory resides in Pardeeville.

Kent Fish, who has been with General Engineering Company for over 30 years, earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from UW-Platteville and a master’s degree in structural engineering from Iowa State University. He has held a professional engineering license in Wisconsin since 1995.
Throughout his career, Kent has been involved in the design and construction of many different types of projects such as building design, structural design, waterslide design, adventure ropes course design, dam inspection and design, construction management, cost estimating, building inspection, expert witness litigation, and site planning and design. He has also built more than 170 homes and has designed more than 1,000 homes.
At GEC, Kent serves as Vice-President/Principal, playing a pivotal role in the company’s operations. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is actively involved in charitable initiatives, supporting organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Easter Seals, Portage School District, Pardeeville School District, and the United Methodist Church. Kent and his family are residents of the Portage area.

Mike graduated from UW-Platteville, but not in civil engineering. With a passion for helping people, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice. Following a 15-year career in law enforcement, Mike transitioned to a new profession, obtaining a certificate in human resources from Madison College. Joining GEC in 2021, he earned his Society of Human Resources Management-Certified Professional certification in 2023.
A lifelong resident of Portage, Mike actively engages in the community. He volunteers with various groups including St. Mary’s Home and School Committee, the Chamber of Commerce, the Portage Center for the Arts, and the Boys and Girls Club. Additionally, he served on a committee connecting area employers to students at the UW-Platteville Sauk County campus in Baraboo. Mike cherishes time with his family up north and enjoys golfing whenever possible.

Mark is certified in Wisconsin to perform UDC and Commerical inspections, as well as being a certified Real Estate Home Inspector. With over 24 years of experience, he has been an integral part of the General Engineering Company team.
Mark’s expertise spans various municipalities, where he has handled building inspection and zoning matters. His extensive experience includes ordinance interpretation, proposal drafting, enforcement actions, and responsibilities related to on-site issues and plan review.
At GEC, Mark leads our Building Inspection Division and actively participates in community and church projects. He resides in Portage, Wisconsin, with his family.
