Dairy Herd Improvement Association Gets New Building

In July 2017, the Dairy Herd Improvement Association's new building opened its doors. One part of the $45 million building project for Columbia County in Portage included this new office building for the DHIA. Located adjacent to the new Columbia County offices on East Mullett Street, the building provides vehicle bays, public accessible restrooms, and office space for the Association. General Engineering Company provided Structural and Building Design for the building, as well as Site Design services.
