General Engineering Company (GEC) was selected for this multi-phase subdivision project, extending our exceptional engineering services to the Portage community. The site was divided into two phases; phase I has already concluded, with lots available for purchase and construction, while phase II is scheduled for project completion. The subdivision boasts beautiful surroundings with trees and fields adjacent to the community. Residents can also enjoy walkways and multi-use trails accessible from every lot, as well as taking advantage of the 2-acre dog park that the trails lead to.
