Dollywood International Residence Hall

A well partnered project takes direct aim at filling much needed void for seasonal student housing.

The first phase of a multi-phased project, this residence hall brings quality housing to over 750 seasonal workers for Sevier County’s largest employer, Dollywood. Navigated during a pandemic, facing a uniquely short deadline and an extremely tight site, this project certainly had it’s share of challenges that our staff was eager to tackle.
