General Engineering Company Hosts Appreciation Day

PORTAGE, WI - On Friday, October 5, the office of General Engineering Company (GEC) was filled with members of the Portage community, clients, chamber members, and many more as the firm celebrated a day of appreciation for the continued support over the last 100 years.

Similarly, in May 2012, GEC held an Open House event to thank the community and surrounding areas for the many years of business and support. The May event sparked such a large turnout, the firm wanted to show its thankfulness once again. “We have extremely devoted community members and clients, and we want to continue this loyal relationship by showing our sincere gratitude and appreciation,” said GEC President Jerry Foellmi.
On Friday, the firm offered fun activities once again for the attendees, such as a golf chipping contest, office tours, and numerous slide shows.
