GEC Welcomes Two New Employees

PORTAGE, WI - General Engineering Company (GEC) is pleased to announce the following new additions to the GEC team.  Tracy Michaels in Marketing/PR at our Portage location and Jacquelyn Suchla as a Staff Engineer at our La Crosse location.

In July, Tracy joined GEC from working most of her career in the tourism industry as a Sales Director.  She is a graduate of UW-Stout and has an Associate Degree in Marketing from Madison College.  While she will be involved in a wide array of projects for GEC, her main focus will be overall marketing themes, print and attending conventions.

When asked about joining GEC, Tracy stated, “I’m thrilled to be a part of a team that not only has such an exceptional, longstanding reputation but also so interested in giving back to the communities they are involved in.”

Outside of GEC, Tracy enjoys spending time with friends and family on camping trips, hiking, following Wisconsin sports and attending her niece’s and godson’s sporting events.

Jacquelyn Suchla joined GEC in July as a Staff Engineer.  She is a graduate of Milwaukee School of Engineering with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering.  Jacquelyn will be utilizing her skills on a variety of projects related to Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing system designs.

In her spare time Jacquelyn enjoys spending time with friends and family, fishing and spending time with her dog.
