Tanger Outlet Mall

Site design and construction management of the exterior amenities of the 269,000 square foot outlet mall. Infrustructure included an 1,800 stall parking lot, stormwater management, erosion control plans, and retaining wall.
The Tanger Outlet Mall in Lake Delton contains approximately 60 outlet stores and is located at the old greyhound racing park, west of the Great Wolf Lodge. GEC provided the design plans, specifications, project estimates, bid documents, and construction coordination for the sanitary sewer, water main, site grading, parking lot layout, stormwater management and erosion control plans for the project.
The parking lot included stormwater management systems, curb and gutter, sub-base and base course installation, asphalt paving, limestone boulder retaining wall installation, lighting, pedestrian walkways and accommodations for disabled persons.
The two tiered twenty foot high limestone block retaining wall was designed and constructed along the eastern property line to provide additional space for parking.
