Swan Lake Condominiums

The late Carl Berst began developing the east end of beautiful Swan Lake in 1985 with Saddle Ridge and Saddle Ridge Estates Condominiums. General Engineering Company designed the 1997 sewer extension from Portage to the condominium development to replace a large scale septic system. Later, Swan Lake Village and The Forest at Swan Lake Village condominiums were added to the development. Single family condominium units continue to be built today.
