General Engineering Company is built on the objective to provide high-level professional engineering and building inspection services to our clients. The nature of our work requires that employees work closely with clients and meet deadlines on a routine basis. Sometimes, deadlines stack up and it is necessary to put in longer hours or attend night meetings to achieve the GEC standard of client service and demonstrate our commitment overall. All our employees are committed to this standard, which directly results in a benefit to the client and/or project.

Our commitment to excellence and client service can only be preceded by employee health and well-being. For this reason, we organize numerous events on a casual basis and encourage staff and family participation in them. Whether it is a “friendly” round of golf, participation in the local basketball league, fantasy leagues, bowling leagues, pool leagues, parades, indoor mini-golf or other get-togethers, we are helping to maintain a high quality working environment and promoting interaction among our employees.
